- Winner will pick up at CSVFC Fire Station, 30 Mulberry St, Clear Spring, MD
- Failure to claim the prize package within 30 days following notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and the package will remain property of the Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Company with no refunds provided.
