A number will be assigned for each ticket purchased. This number will be displayed at checkout and via email. Winning number will be drawn via live broadcast on the fire company Facebook page:

- Must be 18 years old to participate.

- Winner will choose from one of the following dates: Oct 1-8, 2023, Oct 9-16, 2023, Oct 19-26, 2023, Dec 18-25, 2023, Jan 1-8, 2024.
- Winner will coordinate directly with the owner of Graveyard Whitetails.
- The hunt will be administered through Graveyard Whitetails who will assume responsibility for all aspects of the hunt.
- Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Company is not liable for any accidents, damages or any other claims resulting from the hunt as any of these issues will be dealt with directly between the participant and Graveyard Whitetails.
