• Any weapons purchased with gift card will occur in accordance with all local, state, and/or federal laws and be done so at the discretion of Hafers Gunsmithing, Inc.

• Arrangements will be made with winner to either pick up gift card at the fire station or have the card mailed to the winner.
• Failure to claim the prize package within 30 days following notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and the package will remain property of the Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Company with no refunds provided.
