A number will be assigned for each ticket purchased. This number will be displayed at checkout and via email. Winning number will be drawn via live broadcast on the fire company Facebook site:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Must be 18 years old to participate
- One ticket = one winner
- If a single person purchases multiple tickets and wins two or more times then a 1099 tax form will be issued for proper federal/state income tax reporting
- Arrangements will be made with winner to either mail or pick up the check at the Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Company, 30 Mulberry St, Clear Spring, MD 21722
- Failure to claim the prize package within 30 days following notification will result in forfeiture of the prize and the package will remain property of the Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Company with no refunds provided.
