- Must be 18 years old to participate
- Each winner will receive either $2,000 in Southwest Gift Cards OR a check for $2,000
- Complete vacation packages can be purchased through www.southwest.com
- Raffle award winner is responsible for any state or federal income taxes related to winning this prize
- Gift cards do expire. Raffle winners are responsible for all vacation planning and fees exceeding the gift card amount.
- Failure to claim prize within 30 days following the live drawing or failure to meet the legal requirements of ownership will forfeit the raffle and the prize will remain property of Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Company with no refunds provided.
