IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Must be 21 years old to participate and meet all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and policies for ownership of displayed weapon.
- Firearm transfer will be performed at the Hagerstown location of Hafer’s Gunsmithing, www.hafersguns.com if MD resident, if WV resident then winner can pick up the package at the Falling Waters location.
- Raffle award winner is responsible for ALL fees associated with firearm transfer.
- Failure to claim prize within 30 days following the live drawing or failure to meet the legal requirements of ownership will forfeit the raffle and the prize will remain property of Clear Spring Volunteer Fire Company with no refunds provided.
